Welcome to Time Square Apartments – Affordable Senior Living in Kingston

Located in the heart of Kingston, Time Square Apartments provides safe and comfortable housing for adults aged 55 and older and adults with disabilities. This 16-unit community includes 14 one-bedroom and two two-bedroom apartment homes, all designed to be affordable for households earning 30% or less of the area median income (AMI).

This community was developed using Community Investment in Affordable Housing (CIAH) funds and the Washington State Department of Commerce Housing Trust Fund (HTF). All 16 apartment homes are supported by Project-Based Vouchers (PBV), ensuring that residents pay no more than 30% of their adjusted monthly income toward rent.

Time Square Apartments maintains a Project-Based Voucher (PBV) waitlist, which opens and closes based on availability.
