Golden Tides III offers charming one-bedroom apartment homes designed exclusively for residents 55 and older. Nestled in the heart of Silverdale, this community provides controlled building entry, covered parking, and shared laundry facilities for convenience and ease of living. This community is funded through the Washington State Housing Finance Commission (WSHFC) Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program, along with Washington State Department of Commerce Housing Trust Fund (HTF) resources. Of its 18 total apartment homes, three are designated as Project-Based Voucher (PBV) units administered by Housing Kitsap, providing long-term affordability for eligible residents.
