Family housing units feature in-home washer and dryer hookups, while the senior community offers shared laundry facilities and a central community room used for social gatherings and resident activities.

HK Homes maintains one program waitlist, which is divided by bedroom size based on the household size disclosed at the time of application. The waitlist opens and closes based on the needs of the property.
