Southern Cross Rental Homes 

Housing Kitsap is excited to announce the development of Southern Cross – a small collection of thoughtfully designed rental homes tailored for Bainbridge Island. Designed by local architect Coats Design, these homes are planned to integrate seamlessly into the surrounding neighborhood.

Each residence features an attached accessory dwelling unit (ADU), expanding affordable housing. This smart, community-minded approach includes four total units across two lots, set aside for affordable housing by the City of Bainbridge Island and executed by Housing Kitsap.
